Adjustment Rates
Property Claims
Adjustment Services include agreed RCV and ACV of damage, coverage application, risk valuation and compliance with Replacement Cost or Coinsurance requirements, diagram of risk, photographs of risk and damage, salvage and subrogation evaluations, and settlement recommendations.
All fire, lightning, theft, vandalism, mold and “No Claims/Denials” are billed at time and expense. Files involving an attorney or public adjuster and subrogation files will be billed at time and expense. Re-inspections on “Closed” files to confirm supplemental damage or completion of repairs will be billed at time and expense.
Adjuster Hourly Rates (T&E Claims) Expenses
Adjuster $65.00/hour Auto Expense $0.60/mile
General Adjuster $115.00/hour* Photographs $2.00/each
Regional General Adjuster $135.00/hour* Copies $0.25/copy
Facsimiles/E-Mail $3.00
Clerical & Office – 10% Other Expenses Actual Cost**
*General Adjuster and Regional General Adjuster rates are used on commercial and industrial claims.
**Other expenses, including public records, long distance, parking, tolls, etc. at actual cost.
Fee Schedule – Property Claims
The Fee Schedule is applicable to Personal Lines Property claims (except those as described as Time & Expense above). Please refer to the attached Fee Schedule.
Other Claims / Services
Professional Liability, Fidelity and Employee Dishonesty, Mediation, Arbitration, Appraisal, and Claims Administration services are billed at $125.00/hour plus expenses.
Expert Testimony and Trial Preparation is billed at $135.00/hour plus expenses.
